What is the minimum quantity for a free pickup?
We typically need at least one pallet or 20+ units of material for free on-site pickup. Smaller quantities are welcome at our Mesa drop-off during business hours.
Do I need to sort or palletize materials before pickup?
Basic sorting by material type is helpful, but not required. If items are loose, we can palletize on-site. Please keep materials dry and accessible for loading.
Which materials qualify for payment?
Clean, reusable gaylord boxes, IBC totes, pallets, and bulk bags often qualify for payment based on condition and volume. Heavily damaged or contaminated items are taken for recycling at no charge.
How soon can you schedule a pickup?
Most Phoenix-metro pickups are scheduled within 1–3 business days. Rush same-day pickups may be available depending on driver availability and load size.
Can I set recurring pickups?
Yes. We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickups so your facility stays clear of surplus packaging and you capture ongoing buyback revenue.
